The Frax 1550nm laser rejuvenates skin by delivering very small, very controlled bursts of heat energy only to the area being treated. The unique technology allows the pulse time and energy to be set independently to deliver controlled heat at the appropriate width and depth to meet individual needs. The heat stimulates the production of collagen, which will resurface the skin over time.
Skin Rejuvenation
The Ellipse IPL treatment rejuvenates your sun-damaged skin and makes it look clear and bright by delivering short bursts of light that directly target blood vessels or melanin within your skin. Potentially harmful wavelengths are removed using patented Dual Mode Filtering. The remaining wavelengths are absorbed by hemoglobin in your blood vessels- only the treated ones- and the melanin in your freckles, sun spots, or other pigmented lesions.
Permanent Hair Reduction
The Nordlys system permanently reduces unwanted hair by delivering short, safe bursts of Ellipse IPL directed at the target site. To ensure good contact with the skin, a thin layer of gel is applied to the skin prior to treatment.
The emitted light is absorbed by pigment in the hair. Melanin coverts the light into heat, which travels down the hair, towards the root, and heats the hair matrix, preventing future hair growth.
ND-Yag
A laser treatment designed for the treatment of small vessels. Examples of vessels that can be treated are vessels in the corner of the nose, larger clumped vessels on the cheeks, small blue vessels on the legs, cherry angiomas (small red bumps on the skin) on any part of the body, and some birth marks, to name a few.
