Pricing
Your visit is billed based on the time and complexity of your medical encounter, as well as whether you are a new (N) or established (E) patient. We use a tiered pricing structure with three visit levels, depending on the services or procedures performed during your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Pricing is subject to periodic updates and the most current rates are posted on our website.
What is the difference between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 visits?
- Level 1 Visit
Includes evaluation, examination, and/or prescription management. Charges depend on the length and complexity of the visit and the number of concerns addressed. - Level 2 Visit
Applies when a Level 1 visit is combined with treatment such as freezing, snipping, or cauterization of premalignant lesions, five (5) or fewer irritated seborrheic keratoses or skin tags, injection of inflamed lesions/scars or treatment of warts. - Level 3 Visit
Applies when a Level 1 visit includes a more involved procedure such as a biopsy, shave removal of a lesion, or drainage of an abscess. - Treatment of warts and steroid injections are priced separately if this is only thing you are coming in for.
* Treatments performed for cosmetic purposes are billed separately.
